We booked Ghana Car Rentals for a trip to Sogakope. They were very professional. The driver, Mr Kwame Bamfo, arrived to pick us up 10 minutes before the designated pick up time, and had no problem waiting the extra 10 mins while we got ready. The vehicle was in great shape, almost new, and really comfortable for the ride, which was important given the distance we had to travel for. He was a great driver and accommodated all our logistical needs, without a single complain. I would 100% recommend. You wouldn't regret it, i promise!

We had a car and driver for one week from Accra to Cape Coast and back. This is the second time I’ve used the services of Ghana Car Rentals as the first was very satisfactory. They didn’t disappoint this time either. Communication through the booking process is prompt, clear and friendly. Once again the car was well-maintained. We first booked with Melvin in 2012 when my elderly parents visited Ghana (got a huge landcruiser at the time). More recently we have booked his company's services for door to door trips from hometown to/from Accra, really for the convenience of not having to stress in traffic for 3 or 4 hours !

We always get the same very strong Mitsubishi Pajero and Enok has been our driver every time.  He is an excellent, skillful but prudent driver, never overtaking at the wrong time (my pet peeve in Ghana!).  In addition, he is very friendly and accommodating if we need to stop on the way.

In Ghana, having a good driver and a good car can make a huge difference in a trip !  So for us, renting a car from Melvin is one of the few "luxuries" we have decided to splurge on, and it is very much worth every penny
